Why is League of Legends the most Toxic game anyone's ever played?

We've all played video games. Some people have played since the dawn of Video games and some more recently, but why is LoL the most cancerous, toxic, hell hole of them all?

No, Seriously. I've played CS, WoW, CoD(hah...yeaaa), PoE, Guildwars 1/2.... the list goes on, i've played all the games you've played online / offline, console or PC and I can say easily that League of legends has the worst community and players. Every game you go into you have to worry about getting a troll. I actually had to remind my self when playing other games that these people aren't the same.

Riot, can you do something other than banning everyone who says anything in game?

I wouldn't say that the toxicity is the worst in league, but unlike most games you are stuck for a long time with w/e is happening.

Shooters people drop in and out, if someone is being obnoxious you just leave. no harm no foul. MMOs you choose(for the most part) your guild so again, you can leave.

In League though, you are randomly matched with people and you are stuck with them for the duration of the game. No matter what.

it is because of the way the game is designed. in no other game do your teammates have such an extreme impact on your own game. every time your teammates die they are making your enemies stronger. what other game is like that?

combine that with the fact that you are stuck in the game with them for 20-40 minutes and it is the ultimate environment for trolls. in other games if one of your teammates is a troll or if they are all terrible, or if you just arent having fun for whatever reason, you can leave. in LoL there is no escape. if you leave you are punished.

its the perfect recipe to be the most toxic game ever made.

You have obviously never played Super Ghouls and Ghosts. The game is really super hard to beat. Once you actually do beat the final boss, you find out that he revives and you have to start all over again from the beginning and find a secret bracelet somewhere along the way that allows you to actually beat him. I almost threw my console out the window when that happened.

It depends on your skill level. i see troll and a holes every once in a wile, but my friend who just started and is still learning can go a game without one P.O.S.

For me, League is the most "toxic" game I've played only because it's the only Online game that I play.
