Can we have a new report feature for ranked?

One of the main issues that annoy the freakin **%$ out of me is that some players don't take ranked serious. They just play for fun sometimes and don't care about trying to win.

All the report would do over time is ban them from ranked. Would be really happy to see something like this happen.
