Been abusing the bear for awhile and I think he might actually need some nerfs.

P:The counter to his passive is ignite (or grevious wounds rather) but executioner calling got removed so if you take him top where TP is the meta nobody will be able to stop your passive.

Q:His Q is nice but is suppose to be easily kited. Chillingsmite made it a LOT easier to prevent him from being kited and get to the carry.

W: His W scales with his bonus hp in which case cinderhulk gives 25% bonus hp after a cinderhulk + warmog he gets r%%%%%edly high damage..like REALLY high

E: His E is suppose to be able to slow enemies so he can catch them in which case combined with chilling smite it just makes it that much easier to catch someone

R: His ult is fine

At first I thought it was me having a lucky streak, but in the 20 (ranked) games i've played with him i've gone positive in almost all of them becoming and having the same results of being an unkillable tank that does damage of a carry with his W.

I'm not bragging about myself but rather Volibear has been given a shit ton of stealth buffs and if they continue doing anything for tanks he's gonna become r%%%%%edly broken
