So is there a good technique to estimate your, or anyone's mmr by looking at their match history, or one individual match, and if so how can i do it. I would also like to know ,if it is possible, how much it goes up if say you are on a 5 match win streak or 4 or 3 or 2, and how much it goes down in the equivalent losing streaks. Also does it depend on your kda, cs , or any in game stats?.

I also have an idea, since people tend to play or prefer a certain role, could solo/duo queue, match a midlaner with a toplaner, a support , an adc, and a jungler? I know the queue would take forever as most people don't like to play support, however it could be an option kinda like team bulder, but a random team builder. I want to hear your thoughts and i am definitely more interested in the mmr part of this post.

Thanks!

There are systems that do it for you like na op gg to show you a guesstimation of what your MMR is. The reason yours is low and the reason you are gaining any points is because your MMR is so shot from last season. That is why you are losing more points then gaining.

Nope, just on winning and losing.

I don't think this would work because high elo players would taken even longer to find game simply because of the disparity at higher ranks on top of people go from whining about roles to whining about where they get placed after joining a queue, but who knows, they might be able to figure out a system.
