Wonder why the majority of ADCs didnt build mercs a couple months back vs heavy ap teams

Cause they had item 3156 and item 3026 and item 3139 + the MR on merc treads is nowhere near as impactful as ninja tabi armor, they (adc's) prefered atk speed boots or (if you were jhin) item 3009 cause he was low mobility.
