Very easily I would imagine. The Thorn-Mail and Frozen Heart where the big in keeping your attack speed low and returns on your life-steal nonexistent, if you just stood there an fought him straight without moving in and out the Sun-fire Abyssal Scepter combo probably did a good amount of damage too. Your relying on your life-steal to act as a defense but the passive on his build hurt you far more then you could heal. Also your Maw of Malmortius probably was rendered useless by Abyssal Scepters passive and Sun-fire ate your hex-drinker shield. Looks like you just got counter built. I believe getting some crit items would eat through that build. I want to say try using something like 
to counter that build.

Abyssal Scepter boosts Malphite's own damage, along with the damage from Sunfire Cape and Thornmail. Malphite has hefty attack speed slow built into his kit, so with that and Frozen Heart Fiora won't be putting as much of her own damage (or life steal) out as she normally would.
Couple this with the fact that Fiora has built mostly as a glass cannon, and that Malphite has built damage, resistances, and a little health along with his already better defensive base stats and you have one dead Fiora.
so 1. percent dmg from Bork 2. bork active 3. hydra active 4. a shit load of lifesteal 5. +40 Mr and shield from Maw 6. 35% armor ignore from last whisper 7. 40+60+80+75=255 bonus ad 8. Vitals
against
1. Thornmail
2. Abysal
3. attack speed reduction
4. sunfire dmg
5. max armor ( armor becomes less effective is you have too much of it)
6. a knock up (ult)
i still feel like it's not enough to beat me 1v1
Over all my point is, even an ADC with ranged autos can't kite this beast, his q slow is too much on a cd that is redicilous as is and with frozen heart gets and extra 20 % cdr making him an almost perma slow champion, that destroys anyone who tried to kite him using only his q..
