What is up with the servers?

Ever since the patch i've had nothing but dc's/late arrivers in my games. Sadly I have the terrible luck of most of them being on my team.

Can you please fix the servers or put a notification of requirements for a PC to play this game up somewhere everyone will see? This is getting annoying
