Gnar must become more competitive

I think that the whole gnar-mega gnar concept is really cool, however gnar sucks because his form changes are uncontrolable, his bar fills fast and he switches to mega whether you want it or not, that is the whole point but its also why he isn't a great muchup, i personaly have never been defeated by a gnar in top lane.

My suggestion is that he gets some sort of 'controled' form change so that he can chose when to transform kinda like shyvana, that would be tooooooooo op of course so maybe give him a timer so maybe give gnar 15 seconds to turn, during those 15 seconds he will have a 25% chance to miss his attacks ( rage blindness), if he choses not to, his rage resets. He needs something like that because the uncontrolable form changes make him very weak...
