It's gonna lose a metric shitton of value when they get round to doing his actual rework.

I like how, in the 3250 RP skins, we have one that gives all-new music (with 3 songs) and full spell texture changes for each, one that gives different looks at different levels and changes enemy death visuals, and one that makes a champion that transforms look different on his transformations.
