Anyone else think that Fiora has a little much in her one kit?

Let me start with the passive: Fiora is able to deal bonus damage to all nearby champions if they have a mark on them after 0.5 seconds that lasts 15 seconds. The bonus damage deals 3% (+2.7 [+0.1 x (Fiora's level)%] per 100% bonus AD) of targets maximum health worth of damage (also granting bonus MS 1.75 seconds).

What should be nerfed first? This is a lot of bonus damage that Fiora should not hold in one passive. This passive deals at least 5.7% of my health, with the AD bonus she gets, lets say she gets 100 bonus AD for the whole game, she is able to deal 6.7% of my health. Not only is this a scary early advantage but it is even scarier that it can be done multiple times in less than 0.5 seconds. Not to mention the huge MS boost she receives. She receives at level 1, 20% MS boost and at level 18, she receives 50% MS boost.

Now, how is her Q? It seems alright. Nothing too big (other than a great way to get the passive in use but rather than take about that) as it deals fair damage. At rank 1, barely any damage, but at rank 5, it deals tons of damage. 115% of her bonus AD isn't much by itself, but when and if she hits an enemy, that low cool down of 16 to 8 seconds gets reduced by 60%. So instead, its 6.4 to 3.2 seconds of a wait (or less depending on the CD reductions she has).

Not much should be touched here. Its not at its best but I can see why this is fair; compared to Vayne's. Still, I need to mention that it does help with gap closers to activate the passive she has.

Her W is something... I mean, Azir wasn't even allowed a knock-up, but Fiora gains something that would make a Riven mains jaw drop. She gains damage, and a nice added effect, but its also very strong and not needed on Fiora at all. She deals good damage, but also slows MS and AS for 1.5 seconds at the same cost for what Zilean has to use to make his E work. If she actually blocks them, she then stuns them for 1.5 seconds.

Why? I'm honestly asking why. This would work so much better as a stun. A stun that lasts 1 second. Nope, lets let her have a slow, so that if an enemy tries to run, they cannot and make it so they have no AS to fight back with. This is something I've always hated. This means even more gap closing and the ability to use her Q all the more.

And so, her E is once again brought up. Though it takes care of her early game advantage with the critical she can dish out, it hardly stops her from being OP if you add such a large extra 40% to 60% slow. This is begging for a nerf. Unless you take off the slow on her W that is. It's like, I Q in, E their movement, W to be sure and finish it and all the while she deals % health damage faster than Vayne.

I seriously would just keep this the same and look at her passive and W the most, but then... we have her ultimate.

Fiora gains 30/40/50% MS during the effect of the ability and while in it (kind of like Trundle's). During this, she can attack an enemy with the passive on and must hit them 4 times (or 2 times and a E) to activate her heal that heals her and allies based of 60% of bonus AD and a flat 80/110/140.

It isn't bad. But, its not enough to allow Fiora this much damage in her kit. Not even Kalista is allowed this much.

Here's what I hate about laning against Fiora. • Her easy to activate passive. It should activate every 5 seconds if it going to do that. • Her passive should instead deal 2% (+ [5% AD]%) of maximum health. • Her W that allows bonus slows should just allow damage and a possible 1.5 stun if she actually ripostes. • And if possible, allow her Q to have a lengthened time.

This change will help stop her bully in early and allow her more in late for her passive.

lol her passives i shonestly not that easy to activate, for one its random for two you have to run to the opposite side of them.
