Ok, can we get a mini rework for Riven?

I hate playing her, and feeling completely useless, if i don't get fed early, because she's EXTREMELY, item dependent. And if she does get fed she snowballs like crazy and destroys everyone, even with just 1 kill in lane, she just got a super huge lead.

I get the whole High-Risk, High-Reward kinda thing, but there so far a part it seems ridiculous.
