How do you have the patience for smurfing?

I'm trying to level my smurf on LAN, and my gosh it is frustrating. I miss my runes, I miss my masteries, I miss my champ pool, I especially miss my main, I miss English speakers, and I miss players that actually play at my Elo. Tips? Tricks? Help?

You smurf and are frustrated? Try playing against smurfs (you) when you are new, and tell me how frustrating it is.

Most people simply script and play 2 hours a day while you can milk the AI.

There is no patience.
