It didnt stop one company a while back from sue'ing Riot over something about a Algorithm Patent involving something about Server file transferring. Obviously that's a different thing then what i'm going over. But world's full of plenty of retards who think its alright to pull scams in so many ways from RMT(including the ones that pretend to be RMT and never show up with the 'money'), tricking people into contracts or fall for some terms and conditions fine print when accepting something or even the plain and simple insurance fraud.

Doesn't stop the same 'general group' of retards think they can get away with scamming a company by sueing via somehow falsifying a copyright that was 'supposedly' setup before the thing being sue'd and they end up screwing up like idiots when the copyright turns out to be a fraud. The same manner of 'get rich quick schemes' of doing the same thing except to aim for forcing the company to pay money to 'resolve' the issue before its taken to court and its discovered the accusations and paper'work is once again, completely fake.

Reason i sometimes even feel like we have too many people in the world who have the mindset that its alright to pull fraud, not even flinch at ruining other peoples lives and even if they were to get caught and released several years later, they would end up continuing on doing it like the consequences was the same as being banned from something for a week. The same kind of retarded mind'set as if they just throw away any accounts they had banned for RMT or illegal activities and create new ones to keep doing it.

Well, if movies just constantly being remade or origin movies or critical moments being painted over with some new technology being thrown in the mix is one good example to this kind of setup. Along with originality becoming less of a thing and its easier to either make a movie of a game or just copy what another game did already without adding any kind of unique spins to it, except half arse done skin'overs on the textures or models.

Reason i said MOBAs in general are one of the genres that can easily use the same resources with some tweaks and no one would probably even notice the similarities less they played the title where the resources originally came from.

Its more about using the resources of another game and basically saying you own them, yet because of the copyright dodge schmick, they can take a literal dump on the law when they should legally not be able to do it but can do so over a loophole.
