If the system sees that I have Steel legion, Star guardian AND Elemetalist Lux, do you really think I would want Sorceress Lux? I'm not bitching about getting free discounts but if Riot wants to make money and please their player base, then at least do it right.

No i'm not bitching lol. I could care less for skin discounts. But it was more focused on riot's poor business choices because i'm pretty sure the general population would be more inclined to purchase a skin for a champ that they play moderately but have no skins for. Just saying
