If the system sees that I have Steel legion, Star guardian AND Elemetalist Lux, do you really think I would want Sorceress Lux? I'm not bitching about getting free discounts but if Riot wants to make money and please their player base, then at least do it right.
I think the fact that you have 3 lux skins made the system think you might want another one.
You are getting personalized discount for skins of champions you play. The fact that you still complain about not getting the discount on that skin that you wanted is sad.
Some people want to own all the skins for champions they play.
If I have three skins for a champion I play regularly, I will probably want another one as well. I love My Shop, I've always bought every single skin it's offered.
