Can, we nerf baron buff?

To seem it seems completely ridiculous and even if the teams slightly ahead and gets baron they just destroy EVERYTHING. The minions takes like 90% reduced damage. There buffed ridiculously, and only one person needs to have the buff for it to be active. I thought this is season was suppose to reduce snowball, not enhance the shit out of it.

Yes baron's difficult to get but it shouldn't be an auto win buff.
