I just had a game with a Riot employee.

Boy you are gonna love this. I'm not gonna name them, so this wont be considered an attack.

Well, the riot employee was a support role. Bot immediately was feeding off the bat, and I'm playing Shyvana, so I'm already hard enough in the jungle as is, so I don't have time to gank bot at the moment, especially considering my kit pre six.

So after I hit six, the enemy ADC is probably 6/0 by now, and by now bot is just considered free kills. I start diverting my attention elsewhere knowing by now there really isn't anything I can do, they should have been warding more and playing more safely.

So now the ADC is just pulling the same ol' "No ganks by our jungle GG bot fed", and we all know that each lane is responsible for themselves. If you lost your lane without the jungler dying in it that's your own fault.

The worst part, is that the Riot employee was ACTUALLY AGREEING WITH THEM. He repeatedly said it's entirely my fault for not ganking, completely ignoring what character im playing, what they could have done, or the fact that their lane is their own responsibility.

By 35 minutes the score is 18/36 and their ADC is about 16/2 by now. My only hope considering the gold count and the team comp is to split push, but due to having chat restrictions (Boy you don't even want me to go into that right now) I cant tell them to stall and make time for me to create pressure.

By now they are just plain feeding, and both the adc and the riot employee are doing nothing but blaming me for A) The laning phase, and B) Not showing up to teamfights.

DESPITE the enemy having AT LEAST 150% our gold at this point they STILL want to teamfight. And because I took the only logical approach to this, I'm still getting flamed. Just as the human torch said, "Flame on". There ain't nothing I'm gonna say to that.

So this clarifies A LOT for me. The reason why Riot is taking literally NOTHING in the right direction is pretty clear.They have no fucking idea how this game works. If this wasn't true, they wouldn't have people like this.

And if this WASN'T a riot employee, it really shows how they don't pay attention to the community by not regulating the names (When it explicitly says that YOU CANNOT HAVE RIOT IN YOUR NAME when creating a name)

So don't expect anything competent to happen soon.

You claim 1 bad experience with 1 Rioter, therefore Riot as a whole has no idea?

You don't seem to have any chat logs, just saying your were told it was your fault. Maybe it was?

They have no fucking idea how this game works.

I just wanted to state the possibility that just because they happen to be a Riot employee doesn't necessarily mean they work in the Balancing department or such, so expecting a random employee or all the employees to know the indepth nuances of the game or meta as much as a player might probably isn't realistic.

Assuming this is true (it's usually not, but there's no benefit to discussing from that perspective), I hope you reported him.

Whether you did or not, I hope you'll submit a Support ticket about it.

Riot takes this kind of thing very seriously, and holds their employees to a significantly higher standard than the rest of us.

This is an attack, even with your false pretenses of being respectable about it. All I see when I read is a whole lot of blaming going around - both from you (as I see here) and allegedly from them (according to you, if I take your word for it). If they posted their side and collaborated the story I'd say the same thing to them; it is a team game. Ultimately, the success or failure of the match is shared among the team. And slinging blame around accomplishes nothing.

I would say that in such a situation, coordinating with your team can turn things around even when you're at a disadvantage; a well planned gank can easily turn the tides even against an opponent with gold/level advantage. But you tell us that you have a chat restriction; which gives me very little faith in your argument now as there is evidence that you've been uncooperative or difficult to play with in the past.

If they blamed you for making some bad plays in lane, boo on them. But marching straight to the boards and shouting from your soap box that its their fault and not your fault and you had no role in it - then boo on you, too.

First off, in the end, its only a fucking game. None of this means anything in the long run outside of the extremely small percentage of players who have professional aspirations.

Second, there are a ton of factors that go into the game. I wasn't there, so I couldn't say, but I don't know what made them slide in bot lane. You say they should have played safer? Maybe they were getting dived under their tower - what could they do then? You say they needed more wards out? Maybe their support started with a Sweeper and eliminated all of them, or their jungler could use atypical routes of approach (such as Rek'Sai tunneling or thresh using his lantern) so that wards weren't effective. Would you have helped? Maybe. Maybe they still would have killed you and instead of being 6/0 after a few fight they would have been 9/0 after you failed to turn it around. Or maybe you could have brought it back. Can't say, but that's the nature of the game.

And third - shit happens. Get over it. Move on. The more time you're here raging on the forums, the less time you're out there, getting better, having fun, and winning the next game (maybe, if you can stop frothing long enough)
