Yes dude.

You're getting FREE SKINS already with hextech chests. The keys are there to limit chests openings to 1 a month for free players.

If you wanted to get more 'free' skins, they'll charge a premium. Its just fair.

Edit: sorry I messed up how many chests you can open per month.

You mean fragments? Cause it should be locker at 12 fragments/4keys a month

free skins that i never actually get because i very rarely get enough keys to open the chests.

It's more effective to actually give people a pricey skin then just not give them anything. I got omega squad teemo from a free chest then spent 20$ to actually get it.

I open like 4 chests per month. thats at least 1 free skin worth 10 bucks. Just try winning more games, I get keys really easily.

i open probably 3 boxes a month, and get about 2.5 champion shards.
