without fail every time i make it to silver 1, i get uncooperative people/trolls/bads

i try and be nice, and sure, everyone makes mistakes. but going to baron 5 times when you know its warded to "bait them into a fight" while they're 10 kills ahead of us is not a mistake. its being bad. focusing tanks constantly after being told NOT to focus them makes you bad. im getting really sick of getting these people in my ranks. im not immune to doing poorly in a game, but it's been multiple games in a row where other lanes feed incredibly hard, and then it bleeds over into my lane or into teamfights and causes a lost game. silver 2/1 is elo hell. inb4 "if you're not out you don't belong". ranked is all luck based. the matchmaking system is broken and has PLENTY of people in there that DON'T belong and are actually much worse than what their MMR says.
