There is never any midway with these people, it is either OP or suck, no exceptions.
What is worrying is that the balance team guts.. not nerfs.
Azir, Kass, Veigar, Eve and Elise are impossible to play right now, you'd have to be a very talented player to make them work

I started playing Viktor and really enjoyed him, all shortly before he started to see LCS play. Now, I don't want to imply that LCS Analysts saw me playing Viktor and were like "We should try this!" But... Since I really enjoyed him, I'm really worried what's going to happen now.

there is no balance team./ There is no balance. It is a cheap half-assed system of "counters". The system is not balanced, nor is it possible to balance such a system with "counters."
But LOL has always sucked at math.

the day I see my champs that I use regularly in LCS is a day I dread, since most of then are ether where so hevaly nerfed everyone stopped using them, or are just decent with nothing to special to write home about... in other words perfect targets for the riot nerf bat :(
