About Nami and where she's from...

On your Champion Info Page, when I click on Nami, it states (for whatever reason) she is independent. Yet, she is amongst those in the Bilgewater event. Can she not have it in her Bio that she "lives" in Bilgewater? Fizz lives in Bilgewater. Twisted Fate, who moves from place to place lives in Bilgewater. Graves, who escaped from Zaun lives in Bilgewater. Nautilus who came from the shores of the Shadow Isles (apparently) lives in Bilgewater. Why not a mermaid?
