I would buff 
's E to deal more damage since it's just a waist of mana at the moment, unless enemy is slowed by her Q or R.

I would change the cooldown of 
passive to 8 at all ranks, then win lane ez. Late game it won't be as strong but it's kind of ridiculous how I can eat a max range nid spear and recover it all six seconds later.
