Quiz prior to playing ranked after a major patch

Players must now select 3 champions/items that got nerfed/buffed/added in the patch.

Had a match with a Darius. About 30 seconds in he says "when did they change Darius?" and proceeded to get his ass kicked. I had a Fiora ult and then just stand there then died and said "they changed her ult LOL"....

Reading the patch notes or at least skimming through them is not too much to ask of people that play ranked.
