And I'm jealous I hear people complaining that they have fill/supp as their secondary and get it 8/10 times. I have it as my primary and get it like 3/10 times

Same. Been saying this for weeks now. I have recently been putting Top/support and have been having better success at getting support when I list top lane as my preferred role. The algorithm they are using for this team builder program is dysfunctional and backwards.
