riot, runes are expensive !

I know, i know you play 15 hours per day and you think that runes are cheap to buy, i think some runes are too expensive. 820 for a +8 hp seal seems like too much and some of the quints are too much also.

Then champions cost so much too, i think either runes or champions beed to cost less ip.
