I think that it would be cool if you could just send endless stacks of his passive onto enemies. His passive will be nerfed however to only deal 1/2/3 damage per second per stack. Why? Because of Kalista, that's why.
It DOES feel a bit underwhelming the way it is now, but the damage does scale pretty well as Twitch progresses through the match. I guess it's supposed to be like that since Twitch is supposed to be like a late-game ADC assassin hypercarry, but right now he doesn't have a lot of safety options in lane.
this would be a big nerf actually. you dont get to stack his passive that much onto opponents, especially not without mobility. hes not comparable to kalista
