Anyone Else Feel Like They Get Worse Teammates In Their Promos?

Is this a real thing? I feel like I intentionally get worse teammates while in my promos... I do pretty well in my games leading up to my Promos, but then I get into them and I have to basically yell at my team to do anything.... if they listen we win, if they don't (and they usually do not) i lose. I main Support, so its not really possible for me to Solo carry even though I try through pings, wards, peeling, and engaging/disengaging. If I was better, I could carry them probably, but I am not all that great to solo carry them. I just think I deserve to climb since I am winning about 7 out of every 10 games for the past couple weeks, but I've been stuck in my Promos for a long ass time so I go nowhere.

I was thinking maybe its me, like there is just a ton of pressure to win, but I know I am doing the best I can do given the situations im put in. I understand that other people do feel pressure, but so far no one has been in their Promos at the same time as me. When I check their Match History, most of the time they are feeding pretty bad in all of their games. Most of the times they are the direct cause of their loss (you see them giving up multiple kills around the map early on).

When I am not in my promos my teammates range from bad to amazing, most of the people who do bad are just having bad games too. I know I have bad games so I am pretty forgiving, but if someone is raging at me and when I look at their Match History I do get a bit salty. I don't think its fair to put someone who is on a 10 loss streak that they are the direct cause of, on my team while I am in my Promos. I would prefer to get people within 2-3 games of winning or getting into their Promos, that way I know they are trying to climb.

Anyways, I just want to ask and see if anyone else experiences this or if anyone else just seems to randomly do worse in their promos. 2 seasons ago I failed my Promos for Gold V about 25 times, it was pretty disheartening, but I improved over the last 2 seasons so I am a little more disheartened I am still having so much trouble progressing...
