Can we have a separate list of champions in ranked, that we can list as favorites?

I would really like to have a separate list , where we can view all the champions we have as favorites , so we can find the champions we prefer to play easier, I have all the champions and I always struggle on which one I want to play because its hard to look through them all in 30 seconds. And end up always panic picking someone I didn't want to play.

You really shouldn't only take 30 seconds to pick. Think, "if my opponent is this, I'll pick this, if they pick this, I'll pick that, if another lane is picked, I'll pick this." And locate the general area of each one before it is your turn. This really helps to have more logical picks and be more relaxed in game.
