You get like double the amount of chests compared to keys. so eventually, you're going to end up with just a fuckload of chests you can't open and you're going to have to buy keys anyways. It's just a ploy for riot to get the gambling addict money.
Or maybe they really were trying to release something cool, but it just feels shitty when you can't get a single key after more than a dozen games.
Catastrop1 votesI think you're just unlucky. Within 5 wins, I got 3 key frags and 1 chest. Honestly you're more likely to end up with more Keys than chests if anything.

1st are you wining? You don't get fragments unless you win (you can get chest thou) 2nd are you playing alone? solo queue ahs really low fragment rate (is like 5% or so from experience) but if you play in groups is really high (at 5s is practically 1 fragment every 2 won games)
