He's really not hard to make a skin for. There have been dozens of good suggestions over the past year in Concepts & Creations.

1: Ice Cream Zac 2: Vertebral Zac (mine) 3: A metalic hybrid zac made of nano bots

etc... etc..

Texture is everything. I'd personally like to see a molten version of zac.
