Like if it were a scale from 1 to 10, where 1 is never typing anything at all and 10 is spamming homophobic and anti-semitic slurs directed at your teammates, when do the chat bans start happening?
Probably 5+. Spamming depends on the content of the spam.
It depends on what you say. I got restricted before for talking shit to my teammates which resulted in a 50 restriction. Some people get lower/higher amount depending on how toxic you are. If you are extremely toxic, you might gain a 300+ restriction or a 14 day/ restriction from rank penalty. Some people only get it however, if they are say racism/death threats.

I dindt swear and I got a 44 resticion I wasn't racist or anything like that and boom restricted I bet 1 million rp riot didn't even check the logs just checked the reports
