Stop leaving because one position is unfilled, because if everyone does that then nothing is every filled.

Last teambuilder lobby experience: Mid: filled Top:Filled Support:Filled then we would keep getting Junglers who see that there is no AD and leave the lobby then an AD would join and see we have no Jung and leave the lobby. This happened enough times to have like 5 full teams until the lobby was disbanded.

Moral of the story is to be patient in team builder because it will take less time in the long run.

I've left a couple times because that, and ended up finding a filled lobby... better to do that then sit there for 20 minutes wasting time when some of the roles that are needed don't get found very fast.
