Remember how they added (or at least talked about) the Ocean Dragon after those complaints? It's almost like someone at Riot was thinking about the exact same problem and came up with a solution involving mana regeneration.

actually they are in comparison to champs like Yas and Zed. you can not keep up in farm with them because they have no cost to their abilities.
