You know what, I give up.

It doesn't matter how much I play (and I've played far more than a lot of people, especially in gold), it doesn't matter how much I practice a champ... it just doesn't matter what I do because, in the end, any champ I enjoy is just pathetic compared to the whale-advocated money makers that just aren't enjoyable at all. That, combined with the fact that 9/10 of my teams are entirely incompetent... there's just no reason to even try any more.

Sure, I could just go and play braindead, boring as hell champs that are basically free wins, but I don't have any fun that way. I could play the champs I enjoy and play them to a great level, but even at their best they're just pathetic, and lose over and over to some braindead clicker. I could only queue in premades, but then I get put against other premades who are taking the game as seriously as they possibly can, and give up having fun just to win... but none of that is enjoyable.

So, you know, I give up. I'm done trying to climb, I'm done trying to pretend I can compete using any fun champ, I'm done pretending like something will happen if people notice Riot's greed... I'm just done. Gaming is dead, and it's not coming back. Sooner I accept that, the sooner I can get over it. I wish I could see my childhood hobby again, but I watched humanity's greed kill it right in front of me, and I know it's not coming back.

So, you win, gimme generation. I'm done.
