Chat restriction OVER; still can't get hextech rewards (2 games)

I was chat restricted for 10 games and well deserved i don't say it was unfair or anything, i was matched with too many trolls who didn't know how to build and i flamed. Anyways, while chat restricted at the end of each game i got a message 'You are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions.' and earned no rewards, i rushed my 10 games of restriction in blind picks and after they were over, i played a game and i get the same message 'You are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions.'. Then played one more game to be sure and same thing happened.

Not only this is highly unfair and also a bad way to show people that you believe in reform, but also causes more frustration and rage. People will quit this game, and i am already considering it, if this is a permanent punishment.

I want to know if anyone else has had that thing happen to them before and if you did, did it stop after a few games and if it did, how many games after your restriction was over? If this is permanent then we should complain to riot period!
