Does reconnecting just before a match ends still get leaverbuster/punished?

Had a duo and one of them quit about 5 minutes in. Other said "probably won't be back" and when asked why he said "he got bored"... We still won but he reconnected maybe two minutes before we won just for the win credit. Will he still get leaver for that?

Also, fuck you for leaving because you got bored.
