why buying account is not legit?

So riots messed up ranking system is punishing people so hard if in previous seasons they fcked up their mmr. What do you expect us to do riot??? Play an account in b5-b4 gaining 8-9 lp and losing 19-24. Or maybe go though your long lvling procces to start all over since you aren't providing an elo reset option. Why would buying an account is not legitimate??? Well probably because stupid governments can't tax the money.

I think account purchasing should become legitimate!.

Riot could probably make a lot of money if they added their own system for selling accounts, but they won't because it messes with the skill balance of the game, such as a brand new player buying a level 30 account and ruining games for their team since they likely way less skilled, or low skilled players buying high ranking accounts and ruining games.
