Riot getting worse?

So, in the first act of actual Riot involvement I've seen in years, Riot has removed a board I posted, asking for help to see if I was hacked, sending me a notification that said "Please send a support ticket." This is after two games of my Ping being wrong, and getting a ranked ban (and chat restriction) after not being on in at least a week (and never having played Rank this season) Riot, I don't want to send a fucking support ticket, because I'm sick of getting rolodex'd versions of "screw yourself, we're not helping."

Is it just me, or has Riot gone way downhill, in every way possible? Customer Support, Servers, Content.. And these god awful boards.
