Riot getting worse?

So, in the first act of actual Riot involvement I've seen in years, Riot has removed a board I posted, asking for help to see if I was hacked, sending me a notification that said "Please send a support ticket." This is after two games of my Ping being wrong, and getting a ranked ban (and chat restriction) after not being on in at least a week (and never having played Rank this season) Riot, I don't want to send a fucking support ticket, because I'm sick of getting rolodex'd versions of "screw yourself, we're not helping."

Is it just me, or has Riot gone way downhill, in every way possible? Customer Support, Servers, Content.. And these god awful boards.

Wait your complaining because you didn't get help after only making a post on the boards? JUST MAKE A FREAKIN SUPPORT TICKET IT ISN'T THAT HARD.

But if you legitimately think you are getting hacked why would you not send a support ticket? The boards are typically for PLAYER communication. Sending a support ticket is way more effective.

I wouldn't send a support ticket because I always get the same copy pasta answers, and I remember when Reds used to actually read comments. Kindly read the whole post sir, it's not like being a support, you don't have to do much.

If Riot doesn't like what you post, then they remove it. However, I suggest you remove it yourself, and change it up some...

Try buttering them up like a Turkey prior to putting it in the oven. Start out with some sort of lavish praise, and then work your problem into the post somewhere in an unobtrusive manner.
