for my it was in season 4 right after her re-work in 4.10/4.11 and fix in 4.17 and she became the most balance champ ever to exist in league 50% win rate in top mid and support.. perfectly viable in THREE lanes. entire lore is based around her growing up in the jungle... why cant she jungle?? riot plz let her be able to jungle...
