I was a Jungle twitch main for many years, s1 to patch 4.10, when they dumpstered him. I can tell you with no exaggeration that he is absolutely TERRIFYING on PBE, both as a Laner and a Jungler. He spikes earlier, much harder mid game, and has quite a few more viable options to build.

Hurricane is actually pretty damn awesome for him now. I mean, it always was, but now it's actually effective!

As well as some CRAZY itemization and mastery buffs, he gets his Q off CD on kills or assists (Well, when a poisoned target dies.), which really adds some extra assassination/ pick potential.
