Urgot Top is actually pretty good. His win-rate there is on the upper 40s.

What kills it is that people take him ADC, like to troll as him and your team will often rage at you for being Urgot.

I mean, at least i have seen Urgot winning games, while Mord has lost every match he participated in on the PBE.

I never got reported - but pre-game lobby was always a back and forth of "FORGET IT! IF YOU WANNA PLAY VIKTOR, THEN I'M GOING MID!"

But old Viktor had disgusting early/mid-game burst. I TASKED myself with teaching the casuals (Ugh, casuals!) to fear the overwhelming power that was the Machine Herald.

I still miss old Viktor's early burst. 2-comboing enemies at level 4? ...sigh. Glorious.
