This is accurate. I actually had to ask my friends who the fifth champion on the other team was after leaving the lobby, despite having several kills on her. I just never really noticed. I was too busy noticing, in specific, her HP bar being lower than my Q damage every time she got near me. +6.
Terminology:
Fountain - The place that gives me health and mana to keep stacking Shop - The place that lets me sell the side-effect gold from stacking to stack better Lane - The land of stacks Minions - Early Game Stacks Towers/Jungle Creeps - Mid Game Stacks Enemy Champions - Those annoying things that try to stop me from stacking. Late Game Stacks. Ally Champions - Equivalent to enemy champions, but cannot be killed for stacks. Tower - That thing that protects me but keeps killing my farm Lane Opponent - That guy who doesn't appreciate stacks Jungler - That guy who steals my farm after trying to kill that guy who can't appreciate stacks Gank - When peopla invade my lane and distract me from stacking Sheen - That thing I'd trade my soul in for Death Screen - Time I'm not stacking Teleport - That thing I use to protect my stacks from the tower Pushing - That thing that makes it harder to stack because people keep poking me Life Steal - That thing that lets me stack while the apocalypse is falling on me Siphoning Strike - Stack Counter Mejai's Soul Stealer/Feast - Losing stacks on death? nasus is one of the only champ that can't be scaled by the kda
had a nasus that finished with 998 stacks he was just a machine that was programmed to go top and destroy minions and building, he had 10 death and 1 kill he couldn't 1v5 what a shame

Dragon- Easy 6 stacks plus i can stack faster. Baron- When i stack this u should surrender. Nexus- They didn't surrender Darius- That one guy that really hates stacking. Makes me very sad Singed- He helps me stack. Good friend

For the most part, yes.
What also doesn't help is that your team tells you to keep stacking. Team fight mid lane, should i help? No Nasus stay and keep stackin.
