oh then there is Sona and the lil rework where they made her ult give her other abilities cdr and everyone cried how sona's 1 damage ability was too strong and its bad for the game

Yeah,here it is,quite recent:

V6.5: Stats Base damage increased 54.05 from 52.05.

Terror Capacitor Duration reduced to 5 seconds from 7. NEW EFFECT: Can now be cast while channeling Hyper-Kinetic Position Reverser.

Hyper-Kinetic Position Reverser NEW EFFECT: Enemies within 375-range from Urgot will Fear icon flee for 1.5 seconds on the arrival point, excluding his target.

I bought Urgot after 4-5 months i was playing league,near the end of season 5,and never had a regret about it. Now you can shield while activating a damage reduction+suppression+blink+AoE Fear AND extra damage,just for the cause of it
