I'm sorry, but while I think the concept is cool, the last thing I want to see Vlad become is a generic Blood Scythe/Blade/Gun wielding Warrior. He should be kept in the traditional Blood Mage archetype.

He's a blood mage. Blood mages don't seem to me like people who can swing scythes made from blood at supersonic speeds, nor fire railguns made from blood droplets. Sorry, were a specific direction to be taken one way or another, he should feel more like Katara than anything else.
Vladimir has always been about slowly melting down his opponents by using blood to heal himself and whittle them down. Never about fancy blood magic anime stuff.
As much as there is a lot of coolness in Deadman's Wonderland, I don't recall there being any characters from it that I would like influencing Vladimir. Maybe a new champion (or Aatrox I guess, give him a use for that bloodwell other than the revive part), but I think Vlad needs to stay as a mage type.
