No you're right tho. He is ultra cancer. Mobility creep ✓ insane damage ✓ tons of chase ✓ untargetability ✓ No mana(on a spammy champ) ✓ %max hp damage ✓ undodgeable ult ✓ insanely tanky yet insane damage? ✓. Literally everything you need to be cancer.
