Just kidding man... are you serious though? Anyone can get to Gold if they want to! Just takes a positive attitude and focus on very basic things. LMK if you want some advice.

I lost hope in making it to gold as it seems for every win I get, I have two immidiant games of afks that put me behind.. or a match where somebody breaks the meta with stupidity like support yasuo. I get "ok, maybe you just belong there? you're in the current rank for a reason" but I look at my KDA, and I ask people who watch my games/duo with me and everybody ask why I'm still bronze. People say elo hell doesn't exist, I say it does in my case not due to skill, but in the "let's break the meta and afk" regards.

It bothers me it took me 4 weeks to get out of bronze 5 when I was silver II in the preseason... I had to get a premade q inorder to make it out... bronze 3 I carried myself to the next rank in solo q since players atleast have a decent idea what to do, but I feel like in bronze 2 I'm just facing players who got silver and placements and are dropping without any clue what they're doing.

I honestly want advice on how to deal with afks, 1-2 w/r because of this, and while maintaining a positive KDA with my top champ with carry potential. Should I ONLY do premades? I kinda want to solo q and say "i made it myself" but that seems impossible right now.

Consistency is key, as well as an attitude. Your enemies are just as likely to have trolls and afks on their team, so that WILL balance out in the long run. You have to focus on winning EVERY game that is winnable. Not are all. Some cannot be won. Some cannot be lost, regardless of how bad you do... the key is consistency so that in those games that your impact actually does win the game you aren't tilted off playing your C game. Always bring your A game. What is your IGN?

I just wonder if maybe my plays are a bit too aggressive for the elo I'm in. I main elise and I gank extremely early as soon as I hit 3 (sometimes my laner is level 2 and I have to go do something else like gank another lane or invade).

When I'm in premades and communicating, there is usually a burnt flash or first blood in the first 3 minutes of the game as I can appropriately choose lanes to help with allies calling "freelos over here", as well as tell my allies when to time the engage and go in and back up, but in soloq that isn't a possibility unless my map awareness is on point... and sometimes while I might not be greedy enough to tower dive and back off when I get them to burn flash, my laner will dive tower and make it a total waste of time. I ward everytime a trinket is up too, whether it be a ward in my jungle to prevent invades (always ward my buffs at level 2 to prevent a level 2 invade).

Maybe I'm just trying to make too many unnecessary plays, in gold elo where people know what they're doing they're more predictable to work with but in bronze I have to assume nobody knows what they're doing and to be cautious of who to rely on.

This may be disheartening to hear, but in all honesty Gold is not much better than Bronze. I suppose there's an overall improvement in average player skill and whatnot, but there's not a massive difference in terms of raw skill. No one starts a camp level one in Gold, no one properly tower dives, and prioritizing objectives correctly is still rare. People still forget smite, take bad fights, etc. -- That said, there's a reason rewards start at Gold. It's not because it's exceptional there, it's because it represents a very basic commitment from the players. Like I said, consistency is key and it will be rewarded. In your case, with your Elise win rate... if you played every single game on Elise in season six you would be sitting on 25 additional wins... at 20 LP per win, that's five full divisions worth of improvement. If you spammed Elise and focused on improving your own performance each game you would be Gold within a month, I know it.

Thank you for the confidence boost! I'm definitionally going to start accepting my loses more and remember that my own improvement is all I need as me improving is just 1 less person out of 5 contributing to a loss.

You're already there in terms of mentality then. The grind is all about pressing on with the right mindset. I'd wish you luck, but this is all a numbers game so go get that ELO.

False not everyone is going to be able to get to gold. Majority will be silver bronze. It is impossible for everyone to be gold due to how the system is.

Though it is possible for individuals to climb to gold, mostly cause bronze and silvers refuse to learn.

I think we are talking about different things. Because of how the ladder works mathematically, it's not possible for everyone to be promoted to Gold at the same time, but my point is that anyone who actually wants to climb to Gold can do it, unless they are severely physically or mentally handicapped. The reason for that is because getting to Gold just requires a basic amount of game knowledge and consistency within your play and attitude.
