In one ARAM game our Ashe missed every single ult so our Kassadin joked and said "You know the arrows are not for vision, right?". She just responded "reported" so I jumped in and said that she shouldn't take it that seriously, that it was just a joke and If she in fact cannot hit any arrow, she could just use them in melee as that way it will be guaranteed to hit and at least something rather than nothing, even with the CC possibly weakened, as she was always trying to shoot it into side, having it instantly go out of the bridge anyway.

She got really triggered, claimed that she is girl and she isn't as good as us in games and that we shouldn't be so harsh on her and flamed us both, then asked enemy team to x9 report us for flame. That was a moment of my wonder whether she actually expects me to report the Kassadin for a joke despite me defending him or Kassadin reporting me for defending him. Not to mentoin our Nunu was having a good time and didn't seem to be interested in joining the drama, neither was her own premade. Just one big wut.

These people are just making life harder for all the rest of us, trying to use gender as an "excuse card" and thereby buying into the whole "girls cant play video games" meme.

That we're a minority doesnt automatically make us weaker players - its a matter of quantity, not quality.

I'd slap this person with negative attitude and hate speech if i were in your situation, that you talk about your own gender does not nullify sexist remarks. (I'd say quite the contrary in this situation considering you have no way to know or prove a person's true identity ingame. They were the one bringing gender into this in the first place, they deserve the consequences.)

Not completely true. Reaction time and motor skills are, on average, much better in men than women.

It really isn't significant, I have seen female players in diamond, that's higher than about 70% of the LoL community.

Exactly... Using gender as an excuse card achieves nothing else than belittling female gamers and yourself in the process. It makes me think the player in question is not actually female, as you would have to be a special kind of idiot to use an insult to yourself as an excuse.

I studied biological psychology in college so I have studied the concepts. I also had to test the theories for myself.

If you want an online source, this is the best I can do.

EDIT: If you want to test the theory yourself, take a male and a female and have them tap on the edge of a table as fast as they can. You will see that the male can tap the table faster. One handed claps are also an easy way to measure this.

I hate to see that your comment is getting downvoted, you are correct and made your claim in a polite and proper manner - "not completely true".

You are right, genetics favour men. But that's only a small % increase! That you are genetically coded with an advantage doesnt mean i cannot overcome you through practice and dedication. Just an example, not a personal scenario - i'd rather be your friend than compete with you, seeing as you are engaging in civil debate rather than the usual aggressive "you wrong, i right" caveman fights common to competitive gaming.

Tl;dr thanks for being civil and SUGGESTING my statement was wrong or poorly worded - you seem like an intelligent person and i dont think you deserve to be downvoted. I was wrong!

That's dumb, but what kind of triggered me was the statement were she claimed that because she was a girl she was not as good at the game as other players. That's nothing more than a bullshit excuse she feeds herself and she will make slow progress with that attitude. It's the same as players blaming others when its really their fault, it's simply a way to ignore the reality of the situation and feel better about yourself.
