I personally have never had any problems murdering a yasuo
yeah same. he's pretty easily counterable once you figure him out. although, as I've said before, that could just be because I'm a bronzie so I never get paired with any good yasuo players
is low elo ranked still the most toxic thing to ever exist I haven't played ranked in 2 years and ive been thinking about revisiting it
It's been hurting me. I got placed Silver V and am currently Bronze 2. i've been playing for about a year and all it took was one tilted night to tank my winrate to a whopping 33%. haven't revisited ranked in about two months, I'm probably going to take the rest of the year to practice in normals
Unless you are new to the game I would suggest continuing with ranked.
The number of games you can get done in a season is a critical factor in normalizing to your true rank.
Playing norms is just..... a bad idea, especially with the increased number of griefers and afk's. I would recommend mute all if you can't handle toxic behavior.
I stay in the safety of Normals, and there really aren't as many trolls, griefers and AFKs in here as people seem to think there are. I can go for weeks without someone troll-picking. Breaking the meta, though? I get at least one person trying that a day, usually. They aren't trolling, just seeing how well Morgana top is. Those picks usually do well, by the way!
I main jhin top man. The thing is you can do those things in ranked just as much as norms so long as you win and are open about it.
Either way training in norms is no substitute for ranked play, and I say this as someone that has been as low as Bronze 4.
how does Jhin top work anyway? I've only seen it once in normals and I was garen, so I just sorta ran at him and he died. Granted the Jhin was bad in that game (didn't prime the flourish for a root ever) but being an imobile squishy adc sounds like a recipe to get murdered by a jungler or juggernaut.
You build full mobility, full damage or, occasionally half tank.
You have to know the matchups and determine whether you are gonna try for a kill pre-3 or kite out the lane.
Jhin will outrun a garen if he has warlords and some runes for movement speed. He get a ms boost on his 4th shots, and you can always rush mallet, use traps, and build a
.
Otherwise I would consider taking ignite and thunderlords. Sit in the bush early, and wait for the perfect bouncing grenade to get off maximum damage and then hit two aa's. This chunks most champs for 1/3 to 1/2 of their health. It possible follow up with the rest of your aa's and use the 4th to get out.
Outside of that just play smart, use situational item builds, and try to contribute to the team. Jhin's ult is still a powerful engage tool, as is his w.
However I'm not conceited. The biggest reason this all works is because I'm low gold/high silver so low elo, and people don't know how to punish it properly, or if they do, they don't know how to do it skillfully in a non-risky manner.
thankfully for garen Jhin's mobility is entirely tied to auto attack buffs that jhin cannot really control.
But yeah people are dumb in general.
Sort of. Jhin is faster than Garen with just runes for ms, and with warlords he can almost outrun the silence.
The big thing though is that Garen is predictable in so much as he has a lot of tells about when he wants to go in making it easy to bait him into traps, snares, and bad trades in general
The thing is, is any competent garen should run at least 1 MS quint.
Most toxic is either plat V or Silver V
Have you talked to anyone stuck in D5?
From what I've been told by my friends in master/challenger,the higher you go, the less you play with humans, and the more you play with literal apes
No, I mean ACTUAL D5 Anyone I heard from who wasn't a master/challenger player but has gotten to D5 has told me it is a living nightmare
It is. I've been there. The place is full of boosted entitled shitheads that think they are good at everything because they got Diamond with 2/3 promos..
No, it's just that the closer you get to your true MMR, games become harder to win so you'll get more frustrated when your team makes mistakes since you can't solocarry anymore. I don't think there are huge differences of verbal toxicity over the ladder. Higher ELOs probably int less, though, and use more sarcasm rather than straight out swearing to not get detected as easily.
i played in a normal game. and this hardstuck d5 (literally thelast 3 season he has been d5) has the audacity to tell me "your just plat im better then you" and im like "then why are you losing? i beat my lane you didnt."
See that's tilt, I think this is just the two ranks where people think they're good. Silver V is full of people who think they're top shit because they got out of bronze, and plat is full of people who believe they're no longer in low elo so they're amazing
Well, the Silver V thing is true, but getting to plat is difficult and getting into plat means you are better than 90% of the community, which isn't LCS level, but they certainly are pretty skilled at the game.
That's no excuse to be a toxic asshat
Yeah, there is never an excuse for that. I meant that everyone thinking that they aren't 'good' until they get D4 is not quite true. No one should really try to put down other players just because they are a lower rank. I didn't mean I supported having higher elo players putting other people down
I know, but that's the problems with both elos: ego
I will continue the crusade until windwall can't block ultimates, he gets 3 dashes before dashing goes on 12 second cool down, he can only ulti one knocked up enemy and it's range is reduced, and his late game damage is reduced. Then and only then will I say, "It is enough."

I'm silver right in solo q, that's right. I barely play, but when I do, I prefer to ban Yasuo.
pretty sure he was being sarcastic mate
Don't forget how the ultimate puts him out of turret range.
He's just annoying. It's like fighting a teemo, but worse, somehow.
These nerfs will actually help quite a lot against early laning phase versus yasuo. less times of looking out for his tornado and his dash not being reliable enough to win trades against others due to having to wait for it to come up and run on minions
The main problem with Yasuo is that people feel that when he gets fed early he is unstoppable. But that is usually only the case with no cc or no team cooperation. I play Yas and I've had many successful games where I can relate to the people I am slaughtering. But at other times it can be hard to do anything with him. There's not much of a middle ground.
Make his Windwall actually Cost flow and we got a deal.
Or just deplete his flow when used; possibly adjust the duration for how much was consumed when cast.
needs -5 ms
-3 AD*
This actually isn't a terrible idea when you consider the oversight Riot seems to have around champs with above-average ms despite
items typically being core for them.
More like
Unzip pants
Happy Yusuf is nerfed since I play ranged champs.
That said when I happen to get last pick and am jgl, yasuo isn't so bad when I'm Warwick. Ult then fearing him gives me much pleasure and have been able to shut him down regularly. Fun to watch him run away just when I show up.
/r/Yasuomains after the nerfs
'bullshit'
Well he is getting gutted, him getting some changes would be good, but yasuo will be shit tier with the e nerf, lol he's gonna be azir 2.0.
