How to counter %HP true damage: bans or getting to pick second
The meme is that Riot thinks this is balanced, my dudes. A thread about it on Gameplay would be meaningless since they don't listen to the boards.

The only thing that counter true damage in any forms, is HP shield , aka Nautilus, Janna etc. Otherwise there is nothing you can do, so if you play a champion with a good damage potential and an HP shield, you should learn them to counter those True damage champions.
