I said when this item first came out him 1-shoting carries was a problem. I was dismissed because he had an even winrate and low playate (like 1.5%).

Now he gets buffed and suddenly EVERYONE is freaking out "1 shoting carries is so broken, 2000 true damage ult, fuck stoneplate, etc" posts are everywhere...

I mean, if he can get close enough to ult you, you kinda deserve to die.

He now has a knock-up, a slow, and a silence, each on its own basic ability. Couple those with flash/ghost/whatever and suddenly he can actually gap close a little more than before.

His slow is on his melee auto attack, I fail to see how that is a problem, unless he's autoing through minions, his silence is not hard cc, and only lasts around two seconds, and his q is just as hard to hit as before. He's always had flash. So if you want to make the car that he can 100-0 you every 300 seconds, I'd say capitalize on the literal 299s he can't.

Except that's exactly what he's doing in laning phase, he harasses his opponent with the AoE from his E, slows them, gets an easy Q knock-up, and repeats.

His laning phase trading has become significantly reliable now, especially in the hands of an experienced Cho player. I wouldn't be surprised if he keeps his winrate spike for the patch and ends up getting looked at again.

If you're taking about laning phase, then he doesn't have stone plate completed unless he rushes it, but then he'd have no Mana sustain
