i mean, i've bursted adc's that have bloodthirster as Rammus. just build thornmail, ninja tabi, a couple more armor items, taunt them and press W. sure it only works against bad teams (cuz you gotta get to the adc without getting peeled off of them in order to taunt them, and they aren't gonna just let you burst them with their own autos). if they let you taunt them though you burst them before the taunt wears off. Rammus is op against chronic tank focusers that play auto attackers. :P
